Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• •Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• •Not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• •Maintain at least one valid email address for security notifications

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• •Protect domains or applications that host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• •Conduct offensive security testing against third-party systems without authorization
• •Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures or rate limits
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• •Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• •Use the Service to launch attacks, distribute malware, or engage in any form of cybercrime
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• •Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond API limits

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

• •All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• •Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• •Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• •We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
• •Annual billing is available with a 20% discount for Advanced and Business plans.
• •Overages beyond your plan's request limit are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
• •Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
• •Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our WAF and security services, measured monthly. This SLA applies to Advanced and Business plan customers. For full SLA details including service credits and exclusions, see our SLA page.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• •Visibilitiez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• •Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• •We do not guarantee that the Service will detect or prevent all security threats. No security solution provides absolute protection.
• •We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• •We are not responsible for third-party services, integrations, or content accessed through our platform.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• •You violate these Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy
• •Your payment is overdue by more than 14 days
• •We reasonably believe your account is being used for illegal activities
• •Required by law or court order

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide data export options for 30 days following termination, except in cases of termination for illegal activity.
